It’s public transportation and there are people poorer than you who depend on getting to their jobs using it. It is not there for your convenience. It is there for theirs.

One of the worst parts about busing on campus is trying to leave campus to head downtown around 4-6 when everyone else is getting out of class. The kindest thing that someone living on campus (including the apts at base of campus) is to wait for a loop bus so that people living downtown don’t have to watch full buses drive by. Of course it also saves the campus money whenever you choose campus shuttles, but you knew that because you read the story with the lovely space station pictures posted at every bus stop.

I’ve taken buses all my life and I’m from a metropolitan area so also I’m more about speeding everything up. Bus etiquette is great, but on a school day, I want EFFICIENCY.

You should include that it speeds things up when people leave off the BACK of the bus. There’s huge crowds outside sometimes and it’ll speed up EVERYTHING if people exit of the BACK.
