Well, it’s that time of year again at UCSC. We’ve reached October and classes are in full swing. That also means that we at City on a Hill Press are gearing up for the new school year, and what better way to do that than to announce the deployment of a site update?

The Daily Bruin (http://www.dailybruin.com) streams live feed  of the UC Regents Meeting in UCLA on their homepage right now. Watch developments as they are happening, including the general assembly body vote on the 32.5 percent fee hike.

This quarter, many photographers on the CHP team have been putting together photo galleries of their work, each with their own theme and style. We’re making these Photo Essays available online for everyone to check out. I’m sure you’ll find these photo essays as intriguing as I have so far… it’s interesting seeing the work of CHP’s photographers in an entirely different context.
