UC Santa Cruz is a school renowned for political activism and alternative thinking, but the activism of the ’60s and ’70s has not withstood today’s issues.  During a time that calls for campus unity, rallies and protests often suffer from low turnout.  Why don’t UCSC’s students and workers show up?
