With funding for the UC’s a constant topic of discussion amongst staff and students alike, a new initiative to introduce online courses has many asking where our money’s going. As the campus deals with financial disarray, should secondary course options be where we put our money? And, more over, do they compare?

The UC system plans to test whether undergraduates educational opportunities comparable to classroom instruction. The system plans on accomplishing this with the UC Online Instruction Pilot Project.
