Americans spend exorbitant amounts of money on food for Super Bowl Sunday parties. But unlike Christmas and Thanksgiving, the Super Bowl isn’t considered a day to give. We need to make charity a part of this American “holiday.”
CBS has changed their policy on barring advocacy ads on their airwaves, paving the way for an anti-abortion ad during the Superbowl. This is not the right time or place to push these issues, however, especially when the network is picking and choosing which political agendas to push.
